We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Oracle EBS Functional Engineer to join our ERP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R11+ modules, supporting end users, and leading process improvements, particularly within manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory operations. Experience in AR, AP, PO, BOM, WIP, INV, OM, etc.

Key Responsibilities

3+ years of technical experience with Oracle EBS R11+, especially in manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, INV, OM, AR, AP, PO, etc).


Strong in Oracle EBS modules and business processes.


Working knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Inventory processes.


Experience in writing functional design documents and working closely with technical teams.


Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Familiarity with Oracle AIM or OUM methodology.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle EBS R11+ modules such as WIP, BOM, INV, OM, PO, AR, AP, and Costing. Create and manage Functional Design Documents (MD50s), test plans (TE20s), and training materials Collaborate with technical developers on RICEW components and validate functional-technical alignment. Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing. Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS modules (e.g., AR, AP, INV, PO, OM, o etc.). Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs, including setups, profiles, and functional parameters. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
