Job Description


We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to assume a leadership role and oversee our operations department. The Senior Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and industry regulations. We are looking for a strategic thinker with robust leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and stimulate business growth. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operations with the overall company strategy. Plan and oversee strategic, operational, and administrative programs and projects within the designated functional area. Establish and implement short- and long-term organizational goals, objectives, and policies, continuously monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness. Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of operating policies and procedures. Represent the organization to external entities and may attend community and business meetings as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans. Prepare regular operational performance reports and present findings to senior leadership. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a product development company. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software tools. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Extensive practical knowledge and professional-level expertise in the specific focus area relevant to the role. Expertise in analyzing and improving operations, policy formulation, and strategic development. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to devise integrated solutions. Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse individuals and stakeholders. Proficiency in data collection, information compilation, and report preparation. Resource organization and priority-setting skills. Ability to provide guidance and leadership in the area of expertise. Vendor and supplier management expertise for cost-effective procurement. Developing safety plans, enforcing policies, conducting risk assessments, providing training, investigating accidents, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a culture of safety and well-being at in the workplace. Competency in Travel, Organizational Events, and Vendor Management. Execution of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives with a sustainability focus. Strategic handling of compliance policies, particularly after-hours work, while aligning with global teams. Comprehensive knowledge of and compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
