Key Responsibilities Senior Manager operations shall be responsible to define various operational processes for the products being led Defining SOPs for handling customer escalations Ensuring the KPIs for the processes are being met Working towards optimizing the existing process to make them more streamlined and efficient Working closely with the operations excellence team and the product teams to enable the operations for the product Desired Background 5-8 years of experience working in the banking domain in any one of multiple products - Debit cards, bank transfers including UPI, and lending products. Working knowledge of handling customer issues/ disputes across banking products Excellent communication and presentation skills Hands-on knowledge of MS-office ecosystem Most importantly, an innate hunger for learning and executing with an ownership mentality.
