Key Responsibilities
End-to-end travel management - Ticketing, confirmation, cancellation, invoicing
Managing Corporate accounts & MICE movement
Evaluate the complete development of Ops. function considering its contribution to the achievement of business goals
Consistently follow Travel guidelines
Ensure customer satisfaction is measured through provided tools and goals are met & implementing plans for continuous improvement
Work as the primary alliance between the Supplier and Operation
Create a positive work environment
Ensure on-time suppliers (Hotel's Transporters, Activities provider) confirmations & payments by coordinating with the requirement stakeholders
Strong understanding of client (B2C, B2B, Corporate, MICE) policies and processes, determining the impact on the operation team as changes are implemented
Strong understanding and accuracy provide direction on a large range of travel
Maintain and seek expansion of current knowledge of various industries or products (Travel Management, Account Management, Contact Centre Operations, etc.)
Assist the effort to implement new business implementations (client, technology, processes, etc.) successfully and on-budget
Ensuring optimum utilization of agents with reference to their productivity and efficiency.
Coordinating with the training and quality team for the individual's performance improvement.
Participating in internal & external calibration sessions with Quality/Operations.
Willing to work in rotational shifts with rotational week Off's.
Coordinating with different departments to resolve the escalation cases via Call, Email, Chat, social media, and Forums
Follow up with the technology/NOC team for resolving pending bugs/PRMs
Desired Skills Requirements
IATA Certified
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Any Bachelor's degree or diploma
Experience: 1-5 years in flight ticketing & reservations.
Knowledge of GDS: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre (any one or multiple).
Understanding of Airline Fare Rules & Policies.
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
