Strategic Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to address supply chain challenges, optimizing supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Logistics Management: Direct logistics operations for timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers, including coordination with third-party logistics providers.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across functions.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize existing operational processes, implementing best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
Data Analytics and Reporting: Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to improve performance metrics, support field staff targets, and drive sales strategies.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills:
Proven track record in managing supply chain logistics and product delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; experience with project management tools and ERP systems is a plus.
