:Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations:

Oversee all aspects of logistics within the region, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to the right locations. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to meet business objectives. Vendor & Franchise Developement in CHANDIGARH and surrounding Areas

Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals. Provide training and development opportunities to team members. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Supplier Management:

Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers (e.g., transportation companies, warehouses). Ensure that logistics providers meet performance standards and quality requirements.

Compliance:

Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Budgeting and Cost Management:

Develop and manage the logistics budget for the region. Identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in logistics management, with a strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. (10 years experience as Manager in Logistics.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and make sound decisions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in logistics software and systems.

Industry Knowledge:

Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
