About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. Candidates from North India will be preferred due to regional coordination requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of tasks. Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order flow. Track and manage inventory levels, material movement, and dispatch planning. Handle client order processing, invoice creation, and follow-ups. Monitor supply chain operations and address issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns. Maintain accurate documentation including GRNs, DOs, challans, and shipment records. Assist in vendor management, material procurement, and price negotiations. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on operations performance. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain operational efficiency. Support management during audits, reviews, and strategic planning. Coordinate with transporters for dispatch, route planning, and delivery tracking. Address customer queries related to orders, deliveries, or support issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Engineering / Operations or related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (manufacturing/ACP industry preferred). Strong communication skills, especially with North India clients and vendors. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. Knowledge of dispatch operations, warehouse processes, and supply chain flow.

Preferred Candidate

North Indian candidates are preferred

for better linguistic and cultural coordination. Prior experience in ACP, building materials, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,956.91 - ₹37,813.72 per month
