Position - Sr officer dispatch and store(Pharma) Qualification - Any draduate Experience - 4 - 5 yrs Role Description : Responsible for execution of day -to-day operations of the Dispatch function and Stores functions as assigned from time to time. Job responsibilities : Stores / Warehouse: a. Data entry of inventory transactions in the accounting software. Assist in periodical reconciliation of physical inventory with books of accounts. b. Bill forwarding \xe2\x80\x93 Assist in invoices / bills forwarding in approved formats to the accounts department. c. Periodical reporting in approved formats. Domestic Dispatch : d. Documentation: Prepare and assist in documentation for domestic dispatches. e. Liaison with other departments like PPIC, QA and QC. f. Arrange Logistics \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure the logistics of material as per instructions. Liaison with transport agencies. g. Track deliveries \xe2\x80\x93 Update periodical tracking report of deliveries of material. h. Report: Periodical reporting of Dispatch status, Delivery Status and Filing of documentation. Export & Import : i. Documentation: Prepare and assist in documentation for export dispatches. j. Logistics \xe2\x80\x93 Liaison with transport agencies and Customs clearance agents. Co-ordinate with CHA for custom clearance, including activities like checking of AWB, Checklist of Shipping bill. Checking of Invoices of Transporters and CHA.
