Job Description

job Responsibilities:

Perform

preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance

of production and utility equipment. Maintain formulation, packing, and utility machines such as

RMG, FBD, Blender, Tablet Compression Machine, Coating Machine, Capsule Filling Machine, Strip/Blister Packing Machines

. Ensure proper functioning of

utilities

: HVAC, AHU, RO, DM, WFI, Air Compressor, Chiller, Boiler. Execute and maintain

maintenance schedules, SOPs, and logbooks

as per GMP requirements. Coordinate with production to minimize

machine downtime

. Handle

spares management

, vendor coordination, and AMC follow-ups. Participate in

equipment installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)

, and validation activities. Ensure compliance with

cGMP, safety norms, and statutory requirements

. Attend and resolve

emergency breakdowns

promptly. Support

regulatory audits

(WHO, USFDA, ISO) related to engineering and maintenance.

Required Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech

in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience:

2-8 years

of experience in

maintenance/engineering

within a pharmaceutical formulation company.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

pharma equipment and utilities

. Ability to read

technical drawings and manuals

. Knowledge of

GMP documentation and compliance

. Basic understanding of

automation and PLC

is an added advantage. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,500.80 - ₹50,000.13 per month
