Sr. Officer - Production

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production operations ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Monitor batch manufacturing, documentation, and adherence to SOPs.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Ensure resource utilization, process efficiency, and quality output.

Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy/Science or related discipline.

3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production operations.

Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and production documentation.

Ability to manage teams and drive process excellence.
