- Handle the walk-in customers of Collection Agency allocated cases.
- Excel Knowledge of Collection Agency related MIS Activity.
- Follow up with Collection Agency for documentation.
- Review of PTPs on daily basis.
- Co-ordinating with agencies for customer requirements ( Foreclosures / Statements).
- Maintaining Documentation of New Agency empanelment.
- Maintaining Customer Complaints Clearance Data Sheet.
- Admin Related activities.
