Having Experience of GMP Activity in pharma Industry.
Initiate induction process of Newly joined employee as per SOP.
Preparation of Formats - Job Profile, Monthly training schedule, Yearly matrix etc.
Issuance of training attendance sheet from DMS, provide training sheet to department co-ordinator.
Individual training History Card.
Maintain the trackers of various training session, co-ordinate for training execution.
Administrative arrangement of training.
Co - ordinate with dept. co-ordinator and QA for documentation.
Keep documents available/Explain the process of training to Auditor if required.
Prepare MIS related to training.
Record of training session of contract person also kept Separately.
Check the improvement points if required and discuss with dept. Head - HR and Admin.
Required Skills:
Having Knowledge of GMP and have worked in API pharma industry.
Net savvy and adept at computer skills.
