Responsible for overseeing and managing statutory compliance, contract labour management, and payroll-related processes. The role ensures adherence to all labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal audit norms, with proficiency in SAP for compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESI, LWF, PT, and other labour laws.
Manage Contract Labour salary processing, attendance reconciliation, and contractor bill verification.
Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance records.
Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely submission of returns and inspections.
Ensure vendor compliance and audit readiness for statutory and internal audits.
Monitor updates in labour legislation and ensure company compliance.
Prepare MIS and reports related to statutory compliance.
Work on SAP-HR module for payroll and compliance-related entries.
Candidates have Experience HR softwarre ( Fox Pro Ltd ) Mandatory
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, and other statutory regulations.
Hands-on experience in SAP.
Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple contractors and vendors
