The Sr Officer, CSR at Herbalife will support the Corporate Responsibility team by assisting in the development, implementation, and management of CSR initiatives. Reporting to the Lead of CSR & ESG, this role requires a consistent, global approach to engaging and inspiring employees to contribute their skills, knowledge, experience, and energy across three strategic focus areas.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Source CSR Proposals
Research for credible implementation agencies/ NGOs
Due Diligence in the NGOs
Obtain required documents related to the NGO
Sourcing proposals from these agencies
Ensuring proposals are in line with CSR regulations and Company specific policies
Execution of Approved Proposals
Documenting a MoU with the NGO
Obtaining sign off for the MoU
Co-ordinate for disbursement of the approved amount
Obtain post disbursement documents/ receipts
Keep track of the various CSR projects and proposals
Input for quarterly Board CSR Committee presentation
Inputs for annual report disclosures on CSR
Keep track of regulatory changes or developments
Coordinate volunteer opportunities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role will be responsible for the CSR portfolio of the company. This role involves closely working with the CSR team to ensure all parameters are met and compliant, manage projects, engage stakeholders, ensure compliance, oversee budgets, contribute strategically, and stay abreast of regulatory changes. This ensures that the company's CSR initiatives are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with both corporate and societal goals.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies).
Proven experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or related areas.
