Your role involves conducting market research on new products, establishing development timescales, innovating local for local solutions, influencing pricing strategies, developing messaging and market positioning, and creating marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure successful product launches and drive revenues for new product introductions. You will report directly to General Manager - Security & Access Solutions (SAS). In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the product marketing function within Security & Access Solutions (SAS).
Gain customer insights through interviews, surveys, and sales data
Analyze the competitive landscape and competitor offerings
Innovating local for local solutions o Establish timescales for new product development .
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing departments
Develop product messaging and content
Plan and execute product launches involving multiple departments
Provide support to regional Sales & Customer Marketing team
Enhance product knowledge among internal and external teams
Build a strong market network for market intelligence
Ensure correct pricing and positioning for all products in the LOB
o 10 -12 years of Marketing/Product Marketing experience in a B2B company
o Industry experience in Access Control products and solutions
