We are hiring an experienced

O2C Specialist (Cash Applications)

to join our finance team in Kolkata. This is a full-time,

on-site

role aligned to

US working hours

.

Key Responsibilities

:

Apply customer payments via Checks, ACH, Wire, EFT, and Credit Cards Reconcile unapplied cash and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate payment records in

NetSuite ERP

and Excel Extract and share daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow/bank reports Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes Assist in customer account and bank reconciliations Collaborate with AR and collections teams to resolve issues Identify automation and process improvement opportunities Provide audit support and ensure adherence to financial controls

Required Skills

:

Minimum

4 years

experience in cash applications/O2C Hands-on experience with

NetSuite

or similar ERP systems Proficient in

Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.)

Familiarity with

US banking systems and payment processes

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

:

Exposure to

US GAAP

,

SOX compliance

, or

revenue recognition

Experience with tools like

Jira

,

JPM Access

, or

NetSuite scripting

Understanding of

US business culture

, client expectations, and audit procedures

Shift Timing

: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST (US Shift)

Work Mode

: On-site only (Remote/Hybrid NOT allowed)

Joining Date

: Preferably between 15th-20th October 2025; latest by 1st November 2025
