We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong Zscaler expertise to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise network solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and a deep understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), along with traditional enterprise networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Administrator or similar role with hands on experience in various networking products such as routers, switches, wireless, load balancers, WAN optimizers etc.


Solid understanding of firewall configuration, network security, and segmentation best practices.


Working knowledge of wireless network configuration and troubleshooting.


Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, SSL/TLS).


2+ years hands-on experience with Zscaler ZPA and implementing Zero Trust Architecture.


Experience in SD-WAN design and deployment.


Familiarity with network security tools: firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, and NAC.


Solid troubleshooting skills with packet capture and analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump).


Zscaler certifications (Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional - ZCCP, Zscaler Private Access Administrator) - Nice to Have


Knowledge of SASE frameworks and secure access strategies.

Design and deploy secure network solutions leveraging Zscaler ZPA for remote and hybrid workforce access. Implement Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles to strengthen enterprise security posture. Integrate Zscaler solutions with existing security and identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity). Maintain VPN alternatives and secure remote access strategies using Zscaler. Provide support for Zscaler products (ZPA, ZIA) and enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards through ZTA-aligned configurations. Define and enforce network segmentation policies using Zero Trust principles. Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents. Prepare and maintain Setup related documentation, operational and system documentation. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
