Key Responsibilities

Development: Design, develop, and deploy complex full-stack applications for our Tax and Revenue team.

Backend: Build and maintain REST APIs using .NET/C# backed by RDBMS.

Frontend: Create and optimize user interfaces using React.js.

Agile: Active participation in Scrum meetings and Agile processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams.

Leadership: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.

Mandatory Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of total professional experience.

Minimum 4 years of focused experience in .NET.

Minimum 3 years of focused experience in React.js.

Production Support: 3+ years supporting large-scale or complex applications.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and RESTful API design.
Extensive experience with RDBMS (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).

Solid understanding of ORM and Entity Framework.

Expertise in Enterprise Application Design Patterns.

Tools: Knowledge of Git version control.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to serve as a technical thought leader.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI tools for software development.

Experience with NoSQL databases (MarkLogic or DynamoDB).

Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure DevOps or AWS).

Knowledge of secondary languages like Python or Java.

Understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
