Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced

Technical Lead - C# .NET

to join our product development team. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, front-end development, system design, and architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex enterprise-grade applications with a microservices architecture and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable applications using

C# .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

. Build and maintain

RESTful APIs

and

Single Page Applications (SPAs)

. Integrate with third-party APIs and external systems. Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and scalability. Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, BA, and Support. Participate in estimation and planning for new initiatives and releases. Support and enhance existing applications.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Act as a key technical decision-maker for architecture and development strategy. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high productivity and code quality. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and capability-building activities. Drive continuous improvement across development processes and toolsets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience with

C# .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

. Solid front-end development skills in

JavaScript, HTML, CSS

(2+ years). Hands-on experience with

React

,

Material UI

,

TypeScript

, and

MobX

. Proficient in

MS SQL Server

. Experience with

authentication and authorization mechanisms

. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and agile methodologies. Intermediate or higher level of English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

Experience with

RabbitMQ, Redis, Hangfire, SignalR

. Knowledge of

Docker

and containerized deployments. Experience with

Micro Frontend Architecture

. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like

XUnit, Jest/JUnit

. Solid understanding of

ES6

standards. Domain experience in

Banking, Retail, Finance, or Point of Sales (POS)

applications.
