  • Drive the success of varied and complex customer requests relating to Moody\'s RMS models and products
o From quickfire problem solving, to delivering training, to partnering with customers on extensive model change/validation projects
o Where appropriate, deliver tailored outcomes based on the customer\'s goals / workflows
o Closely partner with our model developers to deepen your technical understanding and enhance customer outcomes
  • Work directly with our customers and also act as an internal specialist, providing guidance to customers via analyst colleagues

Required Qualifications:
  • Multiple years of experience in the catastrophe risk modelling industry
o Technical expertise in catastrophe models and their usage (climate, earthquake, cyber, etc.)
o Prior experience of using Moody\'s RMS catastrophe models and associated software is preferred (e.g. RiskLink\xc2\xae, Risk Modeler\xe2\x84\xa2, SQL, R)
  • BS or MS degree in any of the following disciplines or related fields:
o Mathematics, engineering, physics, statistics, economics
o Earth or climate sciences (including geology, geophysics, seismology, meteorology)
o Risk management, insurance
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to travel internationally (infrequently, as needed)
