Roles and Responsibility required:-
Compiling data and preparing reports for upper management on administrative workflows.
Monitor weekly Monthly Report of all the sites.
Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep.
Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records.
Analyses Daily Work Progress Report and take action of required any correction.
Monitor all site wise vehicle fuel consumption.
Monitor all rental machines readings and check the logbook and take further process email and information to client.
Prepare site wise cost sheet.
Track Live location of vehicles via GPS Tracker.
Prepare monthly attendance and leave records.
Prepare all staff salary.
Maintain employees Expenses and salary advance sheet.
Maintain all Employees Documents and updation.
Prepare Statements and reports.
What you bring for this role:
Experience: Minimum 5-6 years
Experience in Construction and infrastructures will be preferable
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Advance Excel and Word).
Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Min. Qualification Graduation/ PG.
Additional qualifications will be a plus.
Good communication, time management, leadership and employee development skills
Experience in Construction and infrastructures will be preferable
Experience in crushing's work will be preferable.
