Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced

MIS Analyst

with at least

2 years of hands-on experience

in MIS reporting and analytics within a fast-paced environment. The candidate will play a critical role in analyzing data across departments such as sales, inventory, production, and logistics to support strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

across key business functions - especially

sales, inventory, and production

. Provide actionable insights to management by analyzing performance data and identifying trends. Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and production teams to gather data and understand reporting requirements. Develop and automate reports using

MS Excel

,

SQL

, and

BI tools

(e.g., Power BI/Tableau). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the creation of data dashboards for leadership. Ensure high data accuracy and maintain a clean, organized reporting system. Support internal audits and business reviews with relevant data and metrics. Suggest improvements in current reporting formats and processes for better efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

MIS analytics and reporting

, preferably in

retail, manufacturing, or furniture industry

. Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros)
