Senior Manager - Strategy, Growth & Special Projects

to lead business expansion and high-stakes operations across its foundation engineering division. Reporting to the

P&L Branch Director

, this leader will bridge corporate strategy with ground-level execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth:

Secure new orders, expand client bases, and oversee joint ventures.

Operations:

Manage high-end /"Special Projects/" across North and West India, ensuring safety and profitability.

Strategy:

Implement branch-level roadmaps and track growth KPIs.

Commercial:

Mitigate contractual risks and manage debtor receivables to protect cash flow.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

18-20 years in

Foundation Engineering

or Heavy Infrastructure.

Education:

BE Civil (MBA or Geotech Masters preferred).

Location:

Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, or Bhubaneswar.

Requirements:

High analytical grit, negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.
