Plan the yearly integrated marketing plan and calendar for L&T Electrical and Automation brand, for multiple channels: film + print + digital + social + web
Manage all paid media campaigns for the brand
Responsibilities
Work with leading agencies to conceptualize and design external communications for the brand
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, likes, promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Qualifications Has 10 years of experience in managing digital, social and paid media initiatives for large brands Masters from a reputed institute
