Ensures awareness and adherence of India marketing team towards milestones, input and handover dates across all Global/EM/India milestones
Act as liaison between category teams, all other marketing functions and channels to implement integrated GTM strategies to drive operational alignment of all adidas marketing functions
Defines market specific processes, calendars in regard to sampling and GTM support within Global/EM framework
Manage the local sample budget planning, tracking sample delivery and local sample management with Category Management teams.
Be key business champion for ranging related systems and processes, improve utilization of ranging systems and reporting by acting as business champion including user training for relevant IT applications, in particular RMA/M3, DMT, ACS, SIT and SAP/AFS.
Work closely with IT and business to ensure that data and analysis is accurate and provided in a structured, user-friendly way to allow for efficient evaluation and decision making
Analyze, collect and summarize sales data to assist in the identification of opportunities and risks regarding future forecast/buys
Create / improve templates according to requirements of business (forecast, ranging, segmentation)
Provide strategic brand input and act as key brand interface to business development
Support director CTC to report performance across market, category, channel e.g. Pre-Buy, Buy analysis
Own the local GTM process and development calendar end to end
Lead the attributes team to deliver seasonal information

Bachelors / Masters in related field
8 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in operations, sales/retail
