Job Description
To drive the project for completion of ongoing expansion projects at TSK, TSJ, TSM, TCIL and RMP. Ensure implementation of strategies to optimise cost and project timeline. Job Responsibility Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility 1. Implement construction schedule, work plan, and monitor day to day progress. Prepare progress updates. 2. Co-ordination with stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at site 3. Identification of needs arising during the project executions & escalation of issues for timely actions. 4. Ability to develop different infrastructures like rest shelter, toilets, drinking waters, service water, canteen, road, communication system, quality system etc at site prior to start of main construction work. 5. Co-ordinate with necessary stake holders to ensure civil construction jobs at site. 6. Prioritizing and scheduling the work as per need, co-ordinate with vendors for Civil job execution at site with safety and quality 7. Set Benchmarks and Standards in construction, Safe construction and ensuring zero rework 8. Ensure implementation work SOPs, Quality, Safety rules & standards at site 9. Interface with customer department for resolution of day to day issues and ensure site work progress. 10. Documentation of jobs, work plan, MOM and prepare MIS reports for the department Skills
