We are seeking a highly skilled

MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Solutions Engineer

to lead and support change initiatives within our MES environment. This role is critical in ensuring that system updates, enhancements, and process changes are implemented smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MES systems, change control processes, and cross-functional collaboration.


This position is located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage MES non-standard change requests through formal work-intake processes, including impact assessments, risk analysis, stakeholder approvals, and progress reporting Develop and maintain MES change-control documentation, including process maps, solution designs, component designs, validation plans, test scripts, UATs, and SOPs Execute MES configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities in alignment with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and internal quality standards Support MES end-user readiness through delivery of system training and communication materials, and participate in audits and inspections related to MES and change control Contribute to MES continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical consulting to IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams on MES best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8+ years of experience in MES systems such as Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, or Siemens Opcenter Demonstrated application of change management principles and methodologies within manufacturing systems implementations Experience supporting regulated manufacturing operations in pharma, biotech, or medical device environments Working knowledge of GxP, GMP, and computer system validation practices Proven background executing documentation, configuration, and system lifecycle activities for MES or related manufacturing IT systems
