Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

complete merchandising cycle

from sample development to final dispatch. Coordinate with

clients

to understand requirements, approvals, branding guidelines, and order specifications. Prepare and finalize

costing

, quotations, fabric consumption sheets, and lead time plans. Work with

fabric suppliers, accessory vendors, and printing/embroidery units

to ensure timely material availability. Coordinate with

production, cutting, stitching, finishing, QC and dispatch teams

to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure

quality standards

are maintained as per approved samples. Monitor order timelines and ensure

on-time deliveries

. Maintain track of

inventory

, sampling records, customer feedback, and order status. Participate in

client meetings

, product presentations, and negotiations whenever required. Resolve production issues, delays, and quality concerns proactively. Maintain

daily reporting

of order progress and production follow-ups. Train and support junior merchandisers or coordinators when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation or Diploma in

Textiles / Fashion / Apparel / Merchandising

(preferred).

5+ years of experience

in merchandising, preferably in

uniform manufacturing / garments industry

. Strong understanding of

fabric types, trims, pattern making, embroidery & printing processes

. Excellent

communication and negotiation

skills. Ability to manage

multiple orders

and work in a

fast-paced

environment. Strong

follow-up, planning, and problem-solving

abilities. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Sheets, and basic documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
