Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Textile, or Apparel Merchandising
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Merchandiser
to manage product development, costing, sampling, production follow-ups, and buyer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and deep knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle buyer accounts independently -- from product development to shipment.
Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and production teams for sampling, approvals, and order execution.
Prepare and manage Time & Action (T&A) calendars to ensure on-time delivery.
Negotiate costing, pricing, and order terms with buyers and suppliers.
Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing and ensure quality standards.
Liaise with the design and production teams for product development and order follow-up.
Review and analyze sales and production reports to ensure targets are met.
Guide and support junior merchandisers in daily operations.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and export documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and email correspondence.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
