Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning

: Create production plans and schedules, and prioritize operations. Oversee production activities, and ensure that production targets are met

Sourcing

: Research and identify reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Inventory Management

: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and optimize replenishment strategies.

Supplier Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.

Quality Control

: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or product development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
