Key Responsibilities

Independently manage Product Development (PD) and Production Merchandising from concept to final shipment. Act as the key point of contact for buyers, ensuring clear communication, understanding requirements, and meeting delivery timelines. Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure specifications and standards are met. Oversee the full merchandising lifecycle including costing, sourcing, sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups. Operate and manage buyer's online portals for order updates, tracking, and approvals. Keep abreast of latest trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques in leather and non-leather bags. Drive adherence to timelines, ensuring critical path management across all projects. Identify and resolve issues proactively across the supply chain.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate with specialization in Accessories Designing / Merchandising. 7-8 years of relevant experience in merchandising, specifically in leather/non-leather bags. Strong product and material knowledge with hands-on understanding of merchandising processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct buyer handling. Proficiency in buyer portals and merchandising software/tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
