Key Responsibilities:
handle production planning, follow-ups, and factory coordination
Drive sampling, approvals, and bulk production as per design intent
Monitor quality, timelines, and resolve production issues proactively
Ensure material readiness and process alignment
Share clear MIS and production status with management
Requirements:
6-10 years experience in garment production / merchandising
Strong understanding of in-house manufacturing setups
Ability to manage multiple styles and tight timelines independently
Strong communication, coordination, and Excel skills
