Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage MEP models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) in Revit with LOD 300-400. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, structural teams, and other MEP disciplines to ensure fully integrated BIM models. Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve interferences proactively. Review input drawings, specifications, and models for completeness and accuracy. Mentor and guide junior modelers and drafters on best practices and technical challenges. Participate in design and coordination meetings; actively communicate solutions to design issues. Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), client standards, and project-specific requirements. Support creation of shop drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation. Maintain model versioning and ensure proper documentation and file naming conventions. Coordinate with site teams for constructability reviews and revisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. Proficient in

Revit MEP

,

AutoCAD

,

Navisworks

, and BIM tools. Knowledge of international projects is a plus. Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequence, and services routing. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
