Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.) Coordinate with architectural and civil teams to ensure MEP requirements are integrated into the project plan. Review and approve MEP drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings. Manage on-site MEP execution including quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth coordination and timely delivery. Inspect MEP installations and ensure compliance with design, code, and regulatory requirements. Monitor progress and provide technical support to site teams. Prepare and maintain reports, logs, test certificates, and handover documentation. Assist in procurement of MEP materials and vendor evaluation. Lead MEP testing and commissioning process and support in final handover.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other relevant software. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent project management and coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
