Responsible for leading and delivering MEP design solutions for building projects, ensuring compliance with standards, coordination with disciplines, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing design drawings, calculations, and specifications.
Lead coordination with architects, structural and other services.
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and resolve design/installation issues.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and respond to RFIs.
Support project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering.
Guide junior engineers and ensure quality deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
8-12 years of MEP design experience in building services.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design software.
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
