Escalations Specialist

Senior Mentor

Key Requirements:



Senior Mentors:

Must be proficient in all subject-related queries for

West Bengal Board (WB), Bengali Medium (Classes 7-10)

.

Escalations Specialist:

Minimum

1 year of experience in handling customer escalations

.

Customer Support Associate:

Minimum

6 months of experience in an MNC

or

1 year in any other customer support department

.

AGE LIMIT : 32years max



MALE FEMALE BOTH CAN APPLY ( ONLY GRADUATE )


GOOD IN ENGLISH AND BENGALI


DUTY TIME ROTATIONAL: 10 AM TO 9 PM BRACKET( ANY 9Hrs shift)
