Senior Mendix Developer required

Experience:

5-7 years in Mendix + prior experience in traditional programming (Java, .NET, or equivalent)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Mendix Developer

to join our Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) practice. The ideal candidate will have strong Mendix expertise along with a background in traditional programming, enabling them to design scalable solutions, deliver enterprise-grade applications, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Mendix applications.

Architecture & Design:

Translate business requirements into robust Mendix-based solutions.

Integration:

Build and manage integrations with external systems/APIs (REST, SOAP, OData, DB, Cloud).

Customization:

Extend Mendix using Java/JavaScript/React Native for advanced business logic, widgets, or connectors.

Collaboration:

Work with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and testing.

Mentorship:

Guide and coach junior Mendix developers.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with Mendix enhancements and drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of Mendix development experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations. Strong background in

Java, .NET, or C#

prior to Mendix. Proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro, microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and security setup. Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL/NoSQL databases. Hands-on with custom Java actions, JavaScript widgets, and Mendix App Store components. Familiarity with cloud deployments (Mendix Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise). Agile methodology & CI/CD pipeline experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification. Experience in

mobile app development

(Mendix Native/React Native). Exposure to

DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes

. Domain knowledge in

Manufacturing, BFSI, Pharma, or Logistics
