Job Title Sr Mechanical Project Engineer

Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• 5-9 years' experience
• Language: Fluent in English
• Travel: ~10% global (Tentative)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system design for regular/complex projects..
• Drive detailed design and peer review processes.
• Plan and manage large-scale mechanical work packages.
• Lead engineering teams and synchronize multi-discipline planning.
• Independently estimate budgets and ensure delivery within scope.
• Provide advanced site support and finalize documentation.
• Act as a go-to expert and mentor for junior engineers.

Skills:

• Advanced mechanical and material handling expertise.
• Intermediate steelwork, automation, and safety analysis.
• Strong understanding of customer processes and engineering standards.
• Elevated leadership, creativity, and results orientation.
• Communication and influence rated at level B or higher.
• Exposure of BIM /REVIT will be privileged.
