Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical/MEP Engineer with hands-on experience in handling project packages and site execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in Plumbing, HVAC systems, and overall MEP coordination, along with proven skills in manpower management, material control, and site reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works at the project site, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.

Handle project packages including planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and documentation.

Review technical drawings, monitor installation progress, and resolve site-level execution issues.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for timely material procurement and work execution.

Manage and guide site manpower to achieve daily and weekly targets effectively.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality checks, and safety protocols.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding project progress and technical clarifications.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or MEP projects.

Strong understanding of MEP drawings, site execution, and material management.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD preferred.

Valid passport; willing to travel and work in Sri Lanka.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Sri Lanka (On-Site Project)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee and execute on-site electrical works for our overseas project in Sri Lanka. The role requires strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, drawing interpretation, material management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor electrical installations in line with project specifications and standards.

Review electrical drawings and ensure accurate implementation at site level.

Handle site-level material procurement, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

Plan, schedule, and assign work to site teams ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Maintain daily progress and inspection reports for management review.

Coordinate with Mechanical and Civil teams for smooth MEP execution.

Ensure all electrical works comply with international standards and client requirements.

Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical construction or MEP projects.

Knowledge of electrical systems, load calculations, and circuit designs.

Strong site execution and leadership capabilities.

Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Valid passport; willing to travel and work in Sri Lanka.
