We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Mechanical Engineer

with a strong background in

maintenance

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical systems, ensuring plant reliability, and implementing best practices in maintenance and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise maintenance activities of mechanical equipment in the power plant. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Monitor performance and efficiency of turbines, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and other plant machinery. Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance schedules, and engineering documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and continuous improvement. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of spare parts and materials.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience , power plant Exp must Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, piping systems, and thermal power processes. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
