Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Engineer - Design & Engineering to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in design and detailed engineering for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants, including preparation of engineering drawings and BOMs.

Relevant Experience Hands-on experience in Design, Engineering Drawings, and BOM preparation for:

1. Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) - MBBR, MBR, SBR, ASP, UASB, and advanced technologies

2. Effluent Recycle Plants (ERP) - FM, FT, Clarifier, Biological Units, UF, RO systems

3. Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) - MBBR, MBR, SBR, ASP-based systems

4. Water Treatment Plants (WTP) - Conventional, DMF, ACF, UF, RO, Softener, DM 5. Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems

Prepare basic and detailed engineering packages for water and wastewater treatment projects Develop major BOMs for electro-mechanical components Prepare plant layouts, sectional drawings, and puddle flange details Create P&ID, HFD, PFD, and fabrication drawings Develop technical datasheets for pumps, blowers, mixers, agitators, diffusers, media, instruments, and electrical equipment Design piping routes, skid, container, and vessel drawings, including pipe, fittings, and support BOMs Prepare electrical load lists and cable route layouts Perform design calculations using water treatment design software Review civil, architectural, and structural drawings Conduct site visits for data collection and client requirement gathering Civil Design - Layout and sectional drawing preparation related to wastewater treatment projects.

Pay: ₹525,249.59 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
