Now is the perfect time to move your skills to the cloud As a Senior Marketing Technologies Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting business, functional and technical requirements to define software configuration and development for the advancement of our business. Position asks as a primary point of contact for our business users into the Systems and Process team with regard to systems questions, enhancement requests, platform risk assessment, user management, and production support issues. Provides guidance to users on system usage and functionality. Research industry best practices to help deliver scalable and configurable software. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Roles and Responsibilities Work hand-in-hand with business, legal, and IT partners to support and administer customer experience technology systems for web (AEM), account-based marketing(Demandbase), in-product marketing (Pendo), email services (SendGrid), digital services (blog, social), and content / creative services (DAM). Driving process discussions with business subject matter experts and stakeholders to facilitate business process improvement. Documenting use cases, user stories, requirements, and process flows. Responsibility for the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Configuring system settings and options security and risk assessment user management plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designing details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Conducting testing for system changes and fixes. May also support work of technical developers by providing testing support. Documents test scenarios, expected outcomes and executes testing. Conducting investigation to understand the root cause of problems. Problems span a wide range of difficult and unique issues across functions and/or businesses. Problems and issues faced can be numerous, sometimes where information is difficult to obtain. Working to fully understand business processes and business user needs. Translates business asks to technical implementation needs. Engages more technical team members including architects and/or developers as needed to support enhancements and fixes. Basic Qualification Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or a Master\'s degree with 3 years or a PhD without experience. 3+ years of experience supporting business processes and performing system configuration changes (at minimum one of digital web, blog, community, content management systems, email systems, account engagement platforms, and account based marketing platforms) Platform risk assessment, privacy, GDPR, CCPA, ADA (at a minimum one of OneTrust, Okta, and TrustArc) Lean Six Sigma certification / experience a plus Preferred skills: Ability to distill & transform data into business insights, identifying meaningful indicators and trends Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting Startup mindset - highly passionate, team player, high sense of urgency, willingness to roll up sleeves and ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced business Lens for continuous optimization, automation to drive efficiency, scale, and accuracy Strong technical skills with continuous learning mindset to develop a deeper understanding of the business Agile team/development experience Cloud Software Group is firmly committed to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and to compliance with all federal, state and local laws that prohibit employment discrimination on the basis of age, race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, religion, genetic carrier status, disability, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, marital status, protected veteran status, and other protected classifications.
