Responsibilities

Marketing campaigns

: Develop and manage ad campaigns, including social media marketing

Marketing strategy

: Research demand, competitors, and market share

Events

: Plan and organize open houses, trade shows, and conferences

Negotiations

: Negotiate contracts with clients and act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers

Sales support

: Support sales efforts by identifying potential customers and coordinating appointments

Brand management

: Develop and manage brand awareness and positioning

Budgeting

: Develop and manage monthly and quarterly budgets and finance

Communication

: Create marketing presentations, product demonstrations, and post-sales communications

You would be responsible for overseeing the promotion of property sales on various conventional advertising platforms including- Print, outdoor advertising, event management coordination, Channel partner meets, realty expos, roadshows, and all other BTL and ATL but fully excluding Digital advertising.

You will be working with a professional real estate team on the organization of all our real estate marketing ventures, which entails researching the housing market, identifying high-yield investment properties, and collaborating with various vendors and real estate agents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
