. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on sales execution to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan and oversee brand campaigns, product launches, digital promotions, and trade marketing activities.
Conduct regular market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with product development and production teams for effective product positioning, pricing, and packaging.
Strengthen brand identity through innovative marketing initiatives and communication strategies.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective channel management and customer engagement.
Identify and develop new business opportunities including distributors, retail partners, e-commerce platforms, and salons.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and sustainable growth.
Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic sales and market share reports for management review.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and collections.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and finance departments for seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Explore new domestic and international markets for cosmetics products.
Develop and strengthen distribution networks and sales channels.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing specialization preferred)
- candidates with an MBA and
experience in cosmetics / personal care will be preferred.
5-10 years of experience
in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry with a proven track record in marketing and sales.
Strong understanding of branding, product positioning, and market development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
