Marketing & Communications Manager - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects. Manage branding, advertising, PR, and digital campaigns. Drive lead generation and support sales with marketing materials. Plan property launches, events, and client engagement activities. Oversee digital presence (website, SEO, social media, email marketing). Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams. Build strong media, broker, and client relationships. Monitor campaign performance and report ROI to management. Ensure consistent communication across all channels. Lead and mentor the marketing & communications team.
