Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Sr Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive growth for our fashion retail and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 10-12 members, ensuring seamless execution of daily marketing operations, campaign planning, and brand communication across all online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 10-12 marketing professionals, ensuring productivity and alignment with business goals.

Oversee daily marketing operations including social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and content creation.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales for both online and offline stores.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and ensure ROI-driven strategies.

Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.

Supervise content planning for social media, email marketing, and website updates.

Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and stylists for creative projects.

Stay updated with fashion and digital marketing trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Prepare monthly marketing reports and present insights to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion retail or e-commerce.

Proven experience in handling digital marketing campaigns and team leadership.

Strong understanding of fashion trends, branding, and consumer behavior.

Proficiency in performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
