As we continue to grow and expand our presence across India, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive our business development, client acquisition, and brand growth strategy.
Role Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Panache's marketing and growth strategy. This role combines strategic marketing, lead generation, brand partnerships, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with deep experience in luxury design marketing, B2B client development, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Oversee brand positioning, communication strategy, and digital visibility across platforms.
Build and manage relationships with PR agencies, publications, and event partners.
Lead marketing campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, and conversion within the architecture & design ecosystem.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across commercial, hospitality, retail, and airport sectors.
Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the leadership and design teams on pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Oversee and manage CRM, sales funnels, and pipeline tracking.
Represent Panache at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Initiate strategic collaborations with architects, developers, consultants, and luxury brands.
Develop co-branding opportunities with suppliers, product partners, and media platforms.
Manage sponsorships, design awards, and partnership-driven marketing activities.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Lead and mentor the marketing team (including PR, digital, and business development executives).
Track KPIs and performance metrics for marketing and sales initiatives.
Provide monthly business development reports and pipeline forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Design Management.
15+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development within interior design, architecture, or real estate sectors.
Proven record in client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and lead generation.
Strong understanding of luxury positioning, design communication, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics.
