Marketing Manager - Jewellery & Jewellery Care Products

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our core jewellery line and complementary jewellery care products. This roleinvolves building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales throughintegrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets for both jewellery and jewellery careproducts.

? Lead brand positioning and communication strategies to differentiate products in the market.

? Plan and implement integrated campaigns, including digital, print, in-store, and influencercollaborations.

? Oversee content creation for social media, websites, brochures, product packaging, andadvertising.

? Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities forgrowth.

? Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and new collection campaigns.

? Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.

? Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to refine strategies.

? Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

5-8 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury, jewellery, retail or lifestyle products.

Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign planning.

Strong creative sense and understanding of luxury consumer behaviour.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
