Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in
sales & marketing
, preferably in
packaging / plastics / related industries
.
Proven track record of driving business growth and closing high-value deals.
Strong leadership skills with experience in
leading sales teams
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with ability to identify new opportunities and expand business verticals.
Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
