Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for enhancing the company's brand presence in the wood and furniture industry through strategic marketing activities, campaigns, and partnerships. The role involves both digital and offline brand promotion, market research, and supporting sales through strong brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:Brand Building & Promotion
Develop and implement brand-building strategies to enhance visibility and reputation in the wood and furniture market.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication platforms (brochures, packaging, digital, trade shows, etc.).
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Coordinate with design teams for branding materials such as catalogs, signage, and digital creatives.
Ensure effective branding at dealer outlets, exhibitions, and customer touchpoints.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and market trends study to identify new opportunities.
Collect feedback from customers, architects, and dealers to refine brand strategies.
Prepare market intelligence reports to support management decision-making.
Digital Marketing
Manage and update company website, social media pages, and online listings.
Plan and run social media campaigns, advertisements, and influencer collaborations.
Track online engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance metrics.
Events & Exhibitions
Organize and coordinate participation in trade fairs, design expos, and product displays.
Collaborate with the sales team for event-related marketing support and branding materials.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and vendors for marketing deliverables.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of branding and marketing concepts, especially in B2B/B2C wood or interior sectors.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
Creative mindset with good visual and aesthetic sense.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDraw preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in Marketing or specialization in Brand Management (preferred).

Growth in brand visibility and market recognition.
Increase in inquiries/leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Successful execution of branding and promotional events.
Positive feedback from customers, dealers, and partners.
